I started CrossFit in 2019 after watching a documentary about it on Netflix. I was getting bored with my previous style of training. I love CrossFit as it incorporates a variety of training styles, including gymnastics which I competed in for a long time. However, my favourite part of CrossFit is currently the weightlifting element. I love being challenged and I am always trying to improve. I know that consistency is the best way to do this.
