We designed the beginners classes to suit individuals who are either diving back into exercise after a long period of time off, trying CrossFit for the very first time, or even dealing with current injuries or restrictions they need to work around. The program will consist of 3 separate classes run over a 3 week cycle to introduce you to CrossFit and make your transition into classes as smooth as possible. You are only required to attend 1 of these classes once a week for 3 weeks. During this time, we also encourage you to attend our regular CrossFit classes so you can continue your learning, become part of our community, and remain consistent with your training.
